I think the structure, the interlocked stories, had a large impact on my reading tastes. Her diary was not magical, she had insisted— not like the other book she had quickly stuffed into her rucksack. The Myst Trilogy (The Book of Atrus, The Book of Ti'ana, The Book of D'ni) This trilogy They make such delicious foods, I'm always hungry when reading these books (not to mention I've actually made some of them before). Apparently, that book trilogy is the basis for their current script, and it's said to explore “the backstory of the civilization known as The D'ni, the infinite number of worlds they could create and control and a young woman from Earth and her accidental intrusion into the D'ni society,” . I read The Book of Atrus and the Book of Ti'ana…not sure how the number system works with those. :-) I appreciate your comments! Yeah I was so MYST obsessed back in the day. Lol I loved all of the books, but the Book of Ti'ana was my favorite by far. I was so content with reading MYST and playing the game, those were the days. Textbook: The Myst Reader, Books 1-3: Three Books in One Volume (The Book of Atrus; The Book of Ti'ana; The Book of D'ni). I love parking my computer by Ti'ana's grave -- little blue flowers, just like in the book! And we unfortunately don't have Japanese translations for the Book of Ti'ana and the Book of D'ni, which should interest Japanese who like drawing or painting. Thanks for checking out my blog btw.
